Expanded support for home buyers with the Australian Government 5% Deposit Scheme

Through the National Housing Infrastructure Facility Critical Infrastructure (NHIF CI) we finance critical infrastructure to unlock and accelerate new housing supply.

Through the NHIF Social and Affordable Housing (NHIF SAH), we provide concessional loans, grants or combination of to directly support new social or affordable housing projects. 

The NHIF Crisis and Transitional (NHIF CT) provides concessional loans, grants or combination of to support the delivery of new crisis and transitional housing projects for vulnerable Australians.
