NHFIC notes the joint announcement on 9 December 2021 by the Hon Scott Morrison MP and the Hon Michael Sukkar MP on the reissuance of unused 2020–21 scheme places.

We welcome the Government's additional support to assist first home buyers and single parents with dependants to access the housing market earlier.

We will provide more information to panel lenders and their customers in due course, and look forward to reissuing unused guarantees soon.
