Tenants will soon be welcomed to nine social dwellings, six specialist disability accommodation units and one onsite support accommodation, following the finalisation of the occupation certificate and strata registration process by the community housing provider BlueCHP. Pinaroo Apartments will offer new one- and two-bedroom homes, suitable for a range of low income households in Lane Cove North.

Housing Australia provided a $21.9 million Affordable Housing Bond Aggregator (AHBA) loan along with support from Homes NSW and For Purpose Investment Partners to commence construction, which began in 2022.

Housing Australia CEO, Scott Langford said, "It is always uplifting to witness a project come to life, ready for those who need it most within our community. I will remain focused on working with our stakeholders to propel projects forward to increase the supply of social and affordable housing for Australians."

BlueCHP Limited CEO, Charles Northcote said, "We are so pleased to deliver this distinguished example of mixed-tenure housing to Sydney residents. This high-quality development features exceptional aesthetics and will bring inclusive living to the community."
