[1] “Funding Amount” is the total funding committed by Housing Australia under the HAFFF and NHAF to each project. This is the sum of Concessional Loans (which are repayable) and the total baseline Availability Payments (nominal, indexed) over a 25-year operating term once properties are tenanted for social or affordable housing. These figures may vary due, for example, to adjustments at Financial Close or in accordance with the formula for calculation of the Quarterly Availability Payments made during the 25-year operating term.
