In February 2025, Foundation Housing completed the acquisition of 37 units within a newly constructed apartment complex in central Perth.

A partnership with Uniting (Victoria and Tasmania) Ltd and the Victorian Government has helped to deliver 44 new homes in Wangaratta as part of an $18.3 million redevelopment project.
