Housing Australia launches Program Guidelines for the National Housing Infrastructure Facility - Crisis and Transitional Housing (NHIF CT) program

Housing Australia has today launched the $1 billion National Housing Infrastructure Facility Crisis and Transitional Housing (NHIF CT) program by releasing the Program Guidelines.

Through the NHIF CT, Housing Australia will provide grants and loans to support the delivery of new crisis and transitional housing projects for vulnerable Australians, including women and children experiencing family and domestic violence, and youth at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness.

The launch of the Program Guidelines and pre-engagement phase ensures eligible applicants are well-informed and prepared ahead of the Expressions of Interest opening in mid-April 2025.
