Statement on the release of the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility and National Housing Accord Facility preferred project list

Today, Housing Australia confirms the release of the list of preferred projects selected under Funding Round One of the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) and National Housing Accord Facility (NHAF).

Housing Australia is pleased to reveal 23 projects have reached contract close as at 24 February 2025, to deliver 1,868 social and affordable homes, and continues to work closely with applicants to progress contract negotiations with projects included on the list to reach contractual close by 30 June 2025.
